Marcelo Walter

Agile Enthusiast, he has worked with software development for more than 20 years.
Focused on high quality, simplicity and ‘fearless evolution’, he has experience with agile since 2001, leading teams using Extreme Programming, Scrum and Kanban.

An active member of the community, his efforts are to disseminate the agile principles by speaking at the main events in the area in Brazil, USA and Europe.

Its presentations are focused on reports of experiences, test automation, gamification, predictability and systemic thinking, always involving practical experiences that validate the presented theoretical knowledge.

As a coach of development teams there are cases of great success in the implementation of Agile in scale being some theme of academic studies and cited in several articles and books.

One of the first PMI-ACP certificates in Brazil, it also has the Scrum PSM, PSPO and PSD certifications. He recently earned the KCP (Kanban Coach Professional) certification.

He develops software since 1994, passing thru different languages like Clipper, Delphi, Java, iOS, and Android. He teaches training about Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming. Fabio Torres

As an Agile Coach, he helps multidisciplinary teams to organize projects and complex environments, with a work oriented to the generation of customer value, team engagement, effective communication and creativity.

Danilo Garcia

For 10 years he has been working with software development.
He acts as Agile Coach helping companies modernize management with agile methods like Scrum, Kanban and Management 3.0.

As trainer of the Scrum and Kanban methods, he conducts training focused on experimental learning in order to apply the theory and concrete actions that can be implemented in his contexts the next day.

Klaus Wuestefeld

Klaus has worked on par with Kent Beck, Vinicius Teles and Scott Ambler.
Participated in the first international conference of XP, in 2000, in Italy.

He held the events “Extreme Programming Brasil 2000 and 2004” with the presence of Beck, Ambler, Teles, Tom and Mary Poppendieck, among others. It is to blame for Prevayler and the manifesto of sovereign computing.

He led development and training projects in XP for companies such as TV Globo, Siemens, TIM and Central Bank of Brazil.

Ramon Tramontini

With more than 20 years of experience, he has been working with agile development since 2001, acting in all the roles of XP methodologies, Scrum and, more recently, Kanban. He is responsible for developing a model that allows teams to scale, making it possible to use agile methodologies in really large projects.

Graduated in Data Processing from Bagozzi (Curitiba), Information Systems from OPET (Curitiba), he holds an MBA in Project Management and a Post-MBA in Business Intelligence, both from FGV (Maringá) and completed the Gamification course (Coursera / Universidade of Pennsylvania). He has been a software developer since 1989, has been working professionally since 1992 using languages ​​such as Smalltalk and Java and specializes in Object Orientation. He has led several software projects since 2001 and in 2004 he started working as Objective Curitiba operations manager.

In 2010, he founded the Maringá branch of Objective and scaled the team to almost 100 people. In 2013, he took over the operation of CodeIT Solutions (a company of the Objective group) where he worked for 18 months and succeeded in transforming a traditional team into an agile team of 50 developers.

In 2014 he returned to Objective as Operations Director, where he is responsible for dozens of projects and a multidisciplinary team of more than 120 people. He has been an agileist since 2002 and has specialized in the corporate context in scale, which he has been using, perfecting and creating practices applied to the XP, Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Ramon has been a keynote speaker since 2001 on topics such as automated testing and XP. Since 2012, he has been sharing experiences in Brazil and abroad with agility in large-scale teams. Together with academics, he developed the concept of Organizational Ambidexterity in large agile teams.
